This is the heart of what we do: messages sent to your AI receptionist are processed on our own servers in Lake County to generate a response. They are not sent to OpenAI or any third-party AI provider. We don't use your conversations to train models for anyone else.
We use Cloudflare for security (including the "verify you are human" check) and to deliver our website (all traffic transits Cloudflare's network), Google (Gmail) to receive email you send us, and ntfy.sh, a push-notification service that alerts us of a new inquiry — when you submit the form, your business name and contact details are transmitted to us through it. These providers process limited data only to perform those functions.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it — just email [email protected] and we'll handle it. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep this minimal. Cloudflare's bot-protection may set a short-lived token to confirm you're human. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and do not use tracking cookies.
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to follow up and provide the service. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
